Today's bad: as my cat Rasta walked away, I noticed something was off with his flank. Upon closer inspection, turned out to be a gaping wound. One vet trip later and several staples richer, Rasta's fine, and will be getting antibiotics for two weeks. I'm just so relieved he's okay.
Today's good: it's more of a bad day today, due to the cat, and having trouble sleeping enough (which is terrible when I work the early shift!). But, three days off now. That's gonna do worlds of good.
Note to Future Self: if the cat has a bump, it's vet time.
